At Cold Wash, we specialize in vintage, archive, and collectible garments. Due to the unique and limited nature of our inventory, all sales are considered final unless otherwise stated.

Please review all product details, measurements, and photos carefully before purchasing.


All Sales Final

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for:

  • Sizing or fit issues

  • Buyer’s remorse

  • Minor vintage wear or aging

  • Delayed shipping caused by carriers

  • Incorrect address information submitted at checkout

Many Cold Wash items are:

  • Vintage

  • Pre-owned

  • One-of-one

  • Archive garments

Natural signs of age and wear are part of the character of these items.


Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives:

  • Significantly different from the listing description

  • Incorrect

  • Damaged during transit

please contact us within 72 hours of delivery at:

Include:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the item and packaging

  • A description of the issue

Claims submitted after 72 hours may not be eligible for review.


Refund Eligibility

Approved refunds, if applicable, will be issued to the original payment method.

Cold Wash reserves the right to deny refund requests that:

  • Do not match the original order condition

  • Show signs of wear or use after delivery

  • Result from customer sizing expectations not aligned with listed measurements


Lost or Stolen Packages

Cold Wash is not responsible for:

  • Lost packages after carrier acceptance

  • Stolen packages marked as delivered

  • Carrier-related delivery delays

Customers should contact the shipping carrier directly regarding delivery-related claims.


Chargebacks & Fraud Prevention

Fraudulent chargebacks, false delivery claims, or abuse of payment protection systems may be disputed using:

  • Tracking confirmation

  • Delivery records

  • Order history

  • Customer communication documentation

Cold Wash reserves the right to refuse future service to customers engaging in fraudulent activity.
