Each order is carefully packed and shipped from Los Angeles, California.


Processing Times

Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days after purchase.

Please note:

  • Processing times may increase during high-volume drops, events, or holidays

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the following business day

Customers will receive tracking information once the order has shipped.


Domestic Shipping (United States)

We currently ship throughout the United States using trusted carriers such as:

  • USPS

  • UPS

  • FedEx

Shipping speeds and pricing may vary depending on:

  • Item size

  • Package weight

  • Delivery location

  • Shipping method selected at checkout

International Shipping

Cold Wash ships to select international destinations.

International shipping rates and delivery times vary depending on destination, package size, and carrier availability.

Please note:

  • Some international shipments may be sent using services that include prepaid duties and taxes (DDP)

  • Other shipments may require customs duties, VAT, import taxes, or carrier fees upon arrival depending on the destination country and shipping method selected

Cold Wash is not responsible for customs delays, import restrictions, or additional fees imposed by local governments or carriers.

Customers are responsible for complying with their country’s import regulations.


Tracking Information

Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be sent to the email provided at checkout.

Please allow carriers time to update tracking scans after label creation.


Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Cold Wash is not responsible for:

  • Lost packages after carrier acceptance

  • Stolen packages marked as delivered

  • Shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, or external circumstances

If a package appears lost, customers should first contact the shipping carrier directly.


Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for entering accurate shipping information at checkout.

Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may require additional shipping charges for reshipment.

Cold Wash is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrectly entered addresses.


Vintage & Archive Items

Many items sold by Cold Wash are:

  • Vintage

  • Archive

  • One-of-one

  • Collectible garments

Extra care is taken during packaging to protect these pieces during transit.
